GW Bush Chart Analysis

Beginning with the 1st house, he has a Leo rising with Mercury conjoining Pluto within three degrees of the ASC. His mind was destroyed by drugs and alcohol, as indicated by Neptune in the 3rd, square his Sun. He is obsessed by his own power and yet lacks objectivity or rational thought. Another attribute about the Mercury/Pluto conjunction is the preoccupation with oil, which is ruled by Pluto, and the corruption it entails to derail alternative fuel resources. Mercury in the 1st accelerates the mind to the point where it can only stay focused on his own thoughts. It’s a classic ADD aspect. Venus is also in Leo in the 1st, bringing a certain amount of grace and charm. He is the most physically fit President we’ve ever had. But what the jock lacks in mental muscle, he makes up for in throwing his ego-centered power around. Venus here also lends credence to his appreciation of only those who are close to him personally. With its sextile to Uranus, this extends to his friends and good buddies, and sextile the Moon and Jupiter, relates to his mother and his kids, since Jupiter rules the 5th of children. Mercury squares the Part of Fortune, so he experiences no joy or fortune when expressing his ideas. It’s quite another thing when he reads a prepared script, because then, like the actor Leo represents, he’s a natural performer, sort of.
His Mars is in Virgo in the 2nd, so when it comes to work or making money, he tends not to see the big picture or have much patience. Also is the thought to get in and make money fast because of strong political and business allies and insider trading. Mercury rules this house and Mars rules the 10th of powerful authority figures, including but not limited to his dad.
Now, one of the more difficult positions for Neptune…the 3rd house of rational intellectual perception and communication. This is where the confused speech and mental miscalculations create misunderstanding for his listeners, who shake their heads and wonder what the hell he meant. Having his Sun square that Neptune is the source of his drug and alcoholic days until he was saved by another Neptune delusion, his image of God and Jesus as the Almighty savior. He surrendered most of his bad habits and took on a different addiction, the belief that he is doing God’s work towards a better world. The Moon conjoining Jupiter gives him an inflated sense of feeling the rightness and justice of his instincts. From a different perspective, this aspect reflects his need for the advise of others, some from his family or his dad’s friends. This is where he wants to be remembered as the education president but what really happens is that No Child Left Behind left everybody behind as an unfunded mandate. That’s not very presidential, even with the emphasis on edumacation. With three planets in Libra, a couple of things…the tendency to project onto others the very thing he’s in denial of and the urge to blame others for deeds he is committing. There would be incredible indecision when faced with a weighty issue on which the entire world depends. He would rely heavily on the opinions of others close to the family, like Uncle Dick or Godfather Donald. With all this in the house of communication, I can report that he never has written any significant part of his speeches nor is his brain able to stay focused on any topic for very long. Neptune here is the religious fanatic, the drug addict and the daydreamer, the Moon is the memory retainer and makes one think about anything from food to old TV show theme songs. Jupiter may be the joker here and on the Moon, old jokes may pop up. Jupiter also tries to get into too many things and finds itself overwhelmed. Of note, Chiron, the wounded healer, is conjoining both his Moon and his Jupiter, bringing out the worst of those planets and expressing the wounds of the failure of each of them. These would be manifested as a lack of emotional depth and tenderness and a lack of honesty or generosity to those he should appreciate…his own countrymen. Yet, to his unwitting benefit, they are all in a trine to Uranus, an unexpected good luck to some and surprises from his family. Well, since the apples don’t fall far from the tree, I suppose it was to be expected that his daughters would be drunken party girls. With his Sun and Saturn in the 12th house of escapism, addiction and deception, as well as spirituality, it’s natural that we would have trouble knowing the real GWB since there is something unfathomable about him. What I don’t understand is if he really believes the lies he’s telling. Saturn makes no aspects to any planet in his chart, an insight into his lack of control or purpose and in the 12th often indicates a recluse. I placed in there in Osama bin Laden’s chart for that reason, which then made the rest of his chart make perfect sense. Maybe they hang out in secret together. This is the most invisible President we’ve had since TV began broadcasting press conferences in the JFK administration. JFK, being a Gemini had no problems with the language or syntax. The only thing of his speaking that was mimicked for fun was his, ah, accent. It was a most Harvard-Bostonian dialect. Bush, on the other hand, grew up in a state where men were men and sheep were scared. Out there in the range, they don’t have no use for fancy speech and cultured tastes. He could be reclusive because he lived so far away from civilization that he didn’t know what it was when he was forced into Connecticut society as a youth. Therefore he was often alone, ultimately. These feelings of enforced isolation may be the background for what is a massive case of overcompensation. There could be an element of religious guilt or shame for something he may have done earlier in his life. He may well have been sacrificed in another life or victimized in some way. His nodes indicate exaggeration of the ego in his previous life, when he took things far too personally and overreacted at the other person for not taking him seriously. So he goes into modes where he just jokes around, not observing the inappropriateness of his comments. He needs to see things from an impersonal and objective perspective, with an awareness of the future and of wanting to help humanity make it there through communicating more effectively.

A few words about the lop-sided nature of his chart: All the planets are on the left hand side of the wheel, indicating a strong willed, self-determining person with a hefty ego. His mind is made up so don’t confuse him with the facts. He doesn’t have time for details, as evidenced by Mars in Virgo, but he could have been a warrior in a previous life. However, he used his connections with his dad to get out of it in this life. He also has 7 of ten planets below the horizon, indicating an introvert. Maybe that’s why he doesn’t really like talking to the press on pressing and relevant issues. Perhaps, too, his Neptune in a square to the asteroid of diplomacy, Pallas Athena, takes him off the mark when trying to invoke some semblance of wisdom. He can’t keep even the most hackneyed clichés in his mind. In fact, Vesta is opposite his Neptune, so he really zones out when it comes to making sacrifices for his country. Let others make those sacrifices.

A few more items…his Sun square Moon is a classic identity crisis aspect. He grew up in a wealthy and privileged family and became a spoiled wastrel. Not knowing who he was, he tried a lot of different businesses that failed, as his presidency has. Well, according to his delusional perspective, everything is great…if you are among the crew of his wealthy friends. His Ceres in the 7th in Aquarius shows how he takes care of his partners and friends. His Sun squaring both Jupiter and Neptune reveal his binging of drugs and alcohol so that when he did it, he did too much. There is proof of him having been picked up by Houston police and other Texas law enforcement officers who let him go because of who he was. It’s the good old boy network at its most convenient.
With Uranus in oriental appearance, he is out to change everything, whether the social order is ready for his vision or not. This could be his dad’s vision of a New World Order, the bizzaro world version of the New Age.
Jupiter is the ruler of the South Node, a past life significator, and on his moon, strengthens his attachment to the past, his clouded memories of how things were. With Mercury ruling the North Node, his destiny is to fall in with the corrupt destroyers of life that are his dad’s cronies, as indicated by Pluto. Again, the robber barons who are the oilmen of the world are the people he talks to and deals with. As if this weren’t disturbing enough, his Sun square Neptune delusion religious worldview is that of a creationist and a bible literalist. This is a major obstacle in dealing with Islamic people…or Jews for that matter. His self-righteousness will get the best of him and his lack of social skills make him ill-suited for public office. He got there because of his daddy, because as any Cancer will tell you, family is important.

Laura Bush is the first lady, of course, and she deserves a medal for patience and endurance to have put up with such an idiot husband for so many years as she has. I see her Moon in Pisces square her retrograde Venus and her Mercury in Sag and understand that she has always made bad choices in men and martyrs herself in sacrificial ways. She’s too good for the man she chose, as her Sun conjoins Jupiter that rises just before her Sun, a good sign for a teacher and they square Saturn and Pluto, so she likes a serious and corrupt challenge. She wages her own battle between good and evil all the time, every time she’s in bed, I would guess. She is quite a contrast to her man with Sun and Saturn not that far from each other in the 12th, and she has her Sun there, too. She has no aspects to Uranus and so has few friends or group associations where she is really involved in humanitarian enterprises, no matter what her official bio says. She darts into a cause to make an official appearance but she is a deeply troubled and private person, on whom fortune has both smiled and frowned. Her Moon is in a Yod to Saturn in Leo and Neptune in Libra, betraying sacrifices and suffering through an addiction with someone who is in deep denial. I will predict this, however. After this term in office is done, Laura may walk out on him, after a reasonable period of time. She could use the idea that he has destroyed the country and the world by his thoughtless actions at the behest of Cheney, Wolfy, Rummy and Grover among others.

Jenna and Barbie, his daughters, are the apples that didn’t fall far from the tree. The twins have Venus square Saturn, an aspect indicating a lack of love and affection from their father. They are afraid of love, having been raised in an environment of fear. That’s why they have an addiction to alcohol, indicated by Mars Square Neptune, a notorious aspect for addicts. They also have Saturn conjoining Pluto, an indication of their dad’s megalomania, power, corruption and deep-rooted evil. Aspects like these tend to run in the family…Granddad Prescott has a similar Mercury Pluto conjunction as GWB, Mommy Barbara has the same Venus square Uranus as son, Jeb. George has the same Venus square to Chiron that his father had. These are very wounded people with fear and intimacy issues galore. There are strong Uranus placements and heavy 11th house placements that indicate a network of friends would be high on their list of priorities. It’s also why they can be cold and aloof regarding personal expression of their true feelings. As far as I can see, it’s a screwed up family with a hidden agenda.

In early November 2003, Mars opposed his Mars, the ruler of his house of reputation and respect, as he comes under fire with a vehement attack. The last time it happened was in December 2001 and few were fighting with him then. But now…well, he deserves the wrath of most of the country as well as the world.
He has had to deal with Saturn going over his Sun in 2004, making his re-election bid frustrated because of negative perceptions regarding his personal integrity. Its first pass was late October 2003 and hit him again in June 2004, just before the convention.

The Great Deception
Jupiter opposite Neptune in February 2003 was the smoke screen for the Saturn opposite Pluto (May ’02), for control of the vast oil reserves. Meanwhile, the US has been exporting a large percentage of its own oil to Europe for a greater profit.
Let us back up and review the history behind the motives.

A vision of a country driving all around was merely hinted at by WW2, since we were coming out of a depression where few people could afford cars. But those who had them enjoyed traveling great distances and seeing the sights.
The Bush patriarch, Prescott, tabs young Milhouse to be his California cohort in Capital gains and capitol crimes. It was 1941 and with this alliance, there is a powerful oil baron game afoot. Bu(shNi)xon needed a third member from Michigan, so they bought a used Ford and made sure he was on the Warren commission and promised him a great future.
In the meantime, Nixon, working as Vice president, helped increase America’s consumption of oil during the car boom of the 50’s and 60’s.
America was still producing enough oil and gas to supply itself for a while but with Tricky Dick playing dirty politics around the globe, he soon fell afoul of the Arabs, setting up the 1973 Arab Oil Embargo. Those too young to remember need to know it was a ploy to extort the gasoline consuming public and jack up the prices. Lines for rationed gas were sometimes a block long and you could only get on alternate days. I remember a drought around then, too.
The CIA installed Shah of Iran was causing a lot of trouble and prepared the way for a fundamentalist backlash in the region that is a tidal wave racing at us even now. The hostiles take over and capture American hostages and hold them 444 days, until Reagan takes over. Why couldn’t Carter get them out? You can call it Bush’s revenge. He was with the CIA who set up operations in the Middle East to ensure stealing the election. Once in office, he ordered an assassination of the president. He learned from Nixon how to deal with people who get in your way. So, then there was the Iran/Iraq war, where Brown and Root, a subsidiary of Haliburton, supplied both sides with Quartermaster General supplies, uniforms and weapons. Cheney and Bush profited heavily from this war. War was always good for business on the supply side. Meanwhile, US exported oil continued to accelerate and the rich got richer, creating inflationary trends here at home and abroad. Reagan’s “trickle down” economics were just a sham because the rich were enjoying a gusher. Bush was really running the secret wars over oil, which is why his son is such a hated man. And following his daddy’s policies is a sure way to get himself assassinated. It is time for that because of the year. But the worse scenario is to have Cheney in office. So they would have to take them both out.
There are several solutions, at the very least. One is to reduce the consumption of gas and eliminate dependency on foreign oil. Secondly is to keep domestic oil here for our own use. Thirdly is the development of solar powered cars. Where there is greed, there is need for the inventive souls to rise up and create alternatives.
Now, what happens when the Middle East starts doing direct business with Europe? We will lose that market and have to rely on domestic oil. All the more reason to develop alternative fuel sources. That brings me to a powerful solution…developing fuel from hemp and corn. It would burn cleaner than fossil or diesel fuel and sustain us until the Hydrogen car is ready…or the electric car…or the solar cars of the future.
So, until the future plays out, we are faced with the repercussions of the Saturn Pluto struggle for control of oil. The lies and deceit that springs from the mouths of the true terrorists and totalitarians, the Bush administration, are to be ignored or, better yet, argued with pure logic. Reveal the secret agenda and you’ve exposed the Republican coup that has happened four times in 35 years. In fact, every time they won, something fishy was going on; the Kennedy assassinations, Watergate, the Arms for hostages and the installation of the losing candidate in the most recent election. It must be true that they have to cheat because they can’t win an honest election, since they aren’t honest.
Is it patriotic to depend on foreign oil when we export domestic oil to Europe for greater profit, while importing cheaper Arab oil for use here? Is it patriotic to suspend or destroy the Constitution and the Civil Rights of the many for the financial gain of the few rich and powerful?
Here’s the simple truth from an astrological standpoint. Jupiter rules law and government, philosophy and truth. A thing is now true if a corrupt government makes it true for rich people to gain while the majority of the citizens lose. But it should not be that way. We as Americans must participate in our own governance and learn about the constitution. We can only begin to stop terror if we begin at home…in the White House.

Why Bush won’t win in 2004
First of all, with Uranus on his North Node, he’s changed the world irrevocably…and not for the better. He’s merely continuing the family business in the tradition of Grandfather Prescott and his daddy, George HW Bush. These names have been used by multiple generations to recreate the patriarchal dominance. Transiting Pluto will be on his South Node and all his past will be dug up to haunt him. All the corruption and all the evil and the killings will be exposed. On Election Day, Mars squares his Saturn and opposes his MC, both indications of his reputation taking a big hit. He won’t go down without a fight, since his Progressed Sun will conjoin Mars, although it’s separating, having made the exact aspect in June 2004. Around the time of the Republican National Convention, his progressed Moon will square his Pr. Mercury, so his memory will fail him, his ability to speak in the moment will get him into hot water…but that’s no different than usual.

Why he did win in 2004
Ohio, Florida, Iowa and New Mexico, and who knows how many other states had voting machine tampering. A certain county in Ohio had 638 registered people and their machines tabulated over 4,000 votes for Bush. Many Democratic voter registration forms were thrown away, perhaps shredded, so as to hide evidence. Who knows how many people were disenfranchised? If Kerry had won Ohio, which he may have, he’d be president. As it is, it took two third party candidates, David Cobb of the Greens and Michael Bednarik of the Libertarians to raise the money for a recount in Ohio. It was the closest re-election since Wilson, I think…or ever, possibly. In the end, Kerry didn’t put up a stink, even though he and Edwards are lawyers and should have pressed the issue. I believe they cut a deal that would guarantee their election in ’08 because Kerry and Bush are Skull and Bones, so brotherhood over all. Bush wanted to finish trying to push his world-domination vision on the American people and far too many think they like it now, but will suffer the consequences when it becomes impossible to travel abroad because of global terrorism against Americans.

An interesting late addition. Research shows that Hitler and Bush had a lot in common, including the Moon/Jupiter conjunction in the 3rd house (Scorpio in the composite) and Venus conjoined to Pluto is about killing people and fascism. Bush would like Hitler’s idea of consolidating Europe with him as the leader. Bush would like to do that with the world, but it seems the world doesn’t want it to be that way.

George Herbert Walker Bush…Poppy or, as I think of him, Herbert

Gemini George has a Virgo rising, making him his own worst critic but also a pawn in a grand military war game, since Virgo rules military service. With Mars on the South Node in Aquarius, he was one of the warlords of Atlantis. The red planet is square to his Mercury, making an argumentative and confrontational communicator. His campaigns were so venomous and attack oriented that he raised the bar in dirty politics by slandering and lying about his opponents. That Mars is in the house of service and Mercury is in the house of government.

With his 10th house Sun in a square to Uranus in the 7th, he’s cold, aloof and detached from his wife, Barbara, even though they put up a good front. She’s a Gemini, too. He wanted a friend as a partner, not an intimate companion. After all, this is a guy who has Venus retrograde in a square to the Moon, a sure sign he has problems being intimate with women. In fact, his Mars is trine Saturn and the Sun, all masculine planets, so his taste for boys and men hasn’t been verified yet but it will come out some day. I’ve heard rumors about secret retreats with underage boys as the sexual prize. Besides being kinky and experimental, it also shows a dislike for liberal and progressive people.

One of the more telling aspects is his Venus conjunction to Pluto, a sign of his love of money and oil and death. This also suggests ties to friends who are of a corrupt and covert nature, like his CIA and Mafia connections. With this conjunction happening on his 11th house cusp, it makes it that much more powerful, since this is the house of important people. This is kind of like making a deal with the devil, since you have your values (Venus) converted and perverted to a dark side motive. Pluto is the deepest and darkest in us and the power is absolute, which leads to corruption. But these are family values, dwelling on past virtues and flaws, transformed through playing the system, going deeper into the abyss.

More power is found with his Sun in the 10th house, which is supported by several key allied aspects. Let’s start with the trine to the Moon and Saturn, determining that his parents and family lineage had raised him to follow in their footsteps. His father was in similar ventures and he has passed these on to his sons. With the trine to Mars, war has always been a source of profit and power, so benefits are made when people die in mass quantities. The sextile to Neptune shows how he has worked with both kinds of drug industries, the pharmaceuticals in the late 70’s, for Eli Lilly, makers of Prozac Nation. Along with his CIA buddies, he has also helped the illegal drug trade be active and profitable. The reason he cracked down on drugs was to eliminate competition, like the Mafia does. So the Sun and Pluto in the 10th house has a lot to do with controlling everything. After his one term as president, he built up the Carlisle Group and has manipulated international trade and government contracts, as well as making sure the right lobbyist got to the right lawmaker.

His Mercury in the 9th contributes to his activity in politics but the Taurus placement of it and the square to Mars and the nodes being the only aspects make for a difficult public speaker. He had so many quirks in his speaking style that it was easy for guys like Dana Carvey and Robin Williams to do impressions that rang true. But that Mars square makes him a nasty enemy if you are on the left or have betrayed the “Cause” in any way. There are many people who knew too much about the Iran Contra affair who simply ended up dead before they could testify…many made to look like natural causes or accidents. Big plans call for bold actions, as when Nixon hired him to get the job done in Dallas in 1963. He then hired out the contract work to specialists and Nixon took office in 1968 and hired Bush to work for him, along with Rumsfeld and Cheney.

The Sun opposite Jupiter in the 4th makes for an interest in foreign policy and international affairs that stems from the family legacy. It’s also enterprising and entrepreneurial, as well as opportunistic. One of the things that happens with oppositions is that it shows things you lack and as such, seek out people who have those qualities. One of the traits he lacks, as politicians often do, is honesty. It then becomes projected and twisted around to make the good guy seem like the enemy. Clinton rode a white horse to dethrone King George the 1st and Bush lied about everything he could, as well as sending his boys, Newt and Kenneth Starr, on a witch hunt to dig up every kind of dirt they could manufacture on President BJ Clinton…BJ, because he never goes by William and since Jefferson is his middle name…well, BJ fits. The self-righteous right was trying to impeach him for a blowjob! Unreal!

Saturn opposite Chiron is a disturbed relationship with his father, even though he followed the business plan. It may be that his father was a dark hearted, cold and brutal man, having Moon in Aquarius squared to Uranus. Prescott also had Chiron square to Venus, so didn’t know how to relate to people with consideration or appreciation. It seems that the sins of the father are indeed passed along to the son. Poppy has his Moon opposite Chiron, too along with a square to Venus. The emotional wounds run deep, so that he could show respect for his father all the while resenting him and even being angry, as well. He came in with Mars on the South Node, a problem with anger and impatience. This is a contributing factor to my opinion that he is not a wise man or even a smart man. One who gets angry and lashes out lacks the diplomacy to be a fair and effective judge of a global or national problem. Pallas Athene is the asteroid of wisdom, diplomacy and tact and his is in a square to Jupiter and his Sun as well as conjoining Uranus. The only good aspect getting Pallas is a trine to Venus, so he needs other people to provide the wisdom. But his Venus is retrograde and conjunct Pluto! Those people are evil and corrupt! And that’s exactly the problem we have had to deal with for the last half century of his involvement in the CIA and the secret government.

Look at the benefits of doing what he does, since the Moon in the 2nd brings financial security and gives him those alleged family values, not virtues, mind you. His Moon sextiles both Jupiter and Neptune, showing his vast network of international drug trafficking and he’s rolling in the green from it all. Some astrologers see Neptune ruling oil, so there is that to add into the equation. Lots of oil from all over the world and at home, too. It all balances out, or did until he got cozy with the Saudis. But that’s historical rather than astrological.

Let’s see how the chart works with Reagan’s. At first glance, the composite is awesome with the Sun in Aries, the Moon in Leo and Scorpio rising but you have to get past those to see the essence of the administration. They have a Moon/Saturn/Neptune stellium from late Cancer to early Leo in the 9th house. You could call it governmental deceit and controlling the country with illusion. The economy is getting worse when there are more homeless than at any previous time in history. With Pluto on the North Node, this was the beginning of the oligarchy, as it shows the dark forces in the ascendancy. It happened in 1943, when Hitler was at his most powerful. It was also then that the US effort was in full gear and ready to invade Italy. After getting sand kicked in their faces by Rommell’s Desert rats, they were ready to get a solid footing on the continent. But I digress into history. Reagan could tell a few war stories about the plots of movies he was in. Anyway, that stellium of Moon/Saturn/Neptune is all in opposition to Mars! So, the massive weapons buildup was to bankrupt the USSR, according to some sources. They would feel a need to deceive the public about the reasons for war and weapons, so much of the operations were covert.

Mercury conjoins Chiron, showing wounded communications between them, in a trine to Jupiter and the Saturn stellium. This would be blackmail and lying to committees and other legal representatives. Sometimes there was no talking because the president was napping, hanging out in dreamland.

Venus makes no aspects, unless you consider the wide square to Neptune, making for economic disillusionment and confusion, evaporating assets and a horrific national debt.
They only have one conjunction in their synastry, Bush’s Venus on RR’s Neptune, meaning Bush was able to get a lot of treasury money out from under the nose of the actor president.

Reagan’s chart at death shows the transiting N. Node conjoining RR’s P. Saturn, Pluto opposite Pluto, Neptune transiting his Sun, P. Moon hitting the MC, Uranus conjoining P Chiron, Chiron transiting his Uranus and his progressed Moon square to his Neptune and Mercury.

Jeb Bush is the brother of the president and governor of Florida, so his loyalties are split, in some respects. Sure he wants to be his own person, but all of his personal planets and Jupiter are on the right side of the chart, showing that other people have a stronger influence over him than he has over himself, especially with insecure, self-critical Virgo rising, thus he’s a servant of more powerful interests. Let’s see, Sun opposite Pluto, so he’s always attracted to wealthy and corrupt people. Well, the sad and obvious testament is that it is pervasive in politics and not only in this country. Pluto in Sag has made widespread destruction more extremist-driven but I digress from the governor’s analysis. His Capricorn Moon is square Saturn/Neptune in Libra and though he will deny it, his power comes because he has subjugated himself to higher powers and I’m not talking about God and Jesus, no matter what this hypo-Christian may profess. His Venus and Mars in Aries conjoin in the 7th, a similarity with Hitler, who also had Moon in Capricorn. Barbara Bush also has Moon in Cap conjunct Jupiter, just like Adolf. Jeb has Sun and Mercury at zero Pisces trine Saturn and Neptune, so he easily uses deception, manipulation and other ploys to work the agenda for the cabal or the consortium of poly-corporate, politically powerful puppet-masters. Mercury is the ruler of the chart and the MC and in the 6th and in Pisces, service and sacrifice, as well as health, so I believe his lungs will be the cause of a serious illness. His Venus is square Uranus, so has issues with intimacy and has no love for the people in general. Mars in the 7th could even make for spousal abuse, either partner being the aggressor. Jupiter in Taurus in the 8th house square the nodes makes for a significant issue with money taken from other people as an opportunistic means of financing his own home, which is beyond the means of a governor’s income, I would expect. He has illegally diverted funds for the state into his estate, I am suggesting based on the astrological evidence. I also believe he will get caught by the end of the year, when Saturn opposes his Sun and turns stationary within two degrees of exact and on his Pluto within 3.
