I’ve seen a lot of guys down at the gym trying to lose weight and get in shape but it’s not enough to lift a few weights and do some cardio…it takes a lifestyle change that eliminates the shit that got you fat in the first place. Okay, some of you don’t have anything to lose and you might be in great shape but are you really healthy? Do you get sick from time to time? Do you have accidents with any regularity? Do you get into fights? If so, then you are out of harmony with your body and the Earth Plane. Yoga helps balance your physical awareness but if you smoke or drink or eat lots of meat, you’re destroying the very balance your working on. I could do a rant on the evils of those poisons, but that’s another story for another time. I’m not Puritanical, believe me. I’ve indulged a few things of the material plane and have enjoyed them. I’m am human but I’m working on super-human status. It takes ridding yourself of as many toxins as possible and living a natural existence close to nature.

Your mind is as the air, always spinning and turning, coming up with new ways to fix things or make more money or take care of business…or get in some chick’s pants. In that respect, it connects to a primal sexual impulse. But do you know where the urge to seek out the best woman comes from? In prehistory, men sought a woman to give him children, so he wanted a female who could do the functions of motherhood while being attractive and desirous to the eye.

Procreation isn’t that big of an issue these days, since many women don’t want to have kids and there’s too much over-population, anyway. But that’s really the drug companies doing. You don’t get that with natural remedies like herbs. You have to think about the chain that is formed and the original sources of the drugs.

Many remedies come from nature…the very thing our civilization is destroying. Shamans in Central American are banding together to prevent corporate drug companies from coming in, researching their flora and raping their forests and fields for drugs. In fact, it’s one of the reasons certain herbals are illegal, so the pharmaceutical companies can reap the financial rewards. The FDA is a federal agency designed to keep those with the money in power when it comes to intoxicants. Banning naturally growing plants as Class 1 drugs is a crime against nature and should be investigated for corporate wrong-doing. Think guys, why are politicians motivated to do anything…for the people who give them money, perhaps. Lobbyists would go the way of the dinosaur if we ever have true campaign finance reform. Then all you guys could run for office and so could more women. It could bring many new parties into the system, representing the real diversity of the people of the USA. Dude, are you a member of the Party party?

Your spirit is a combination of the fire and water elements…the fire is the impulse to life. It’s the spirit in you that has a spark or flame of desire, as in “That boy has a fiery spirit.” The water, on the other hand, is the intuitive connection to emotional depth. It’s the spiritual side of the spirit. Not too many people are afraid of earth or air but you hear a lot of fears of fire and water. It takes guts to admit you’ve seen a ghost or apparition from beyond. People think you’re crazy but spirits have energy, especially electrical and can spark fires without explanation. This could be why the spirit world is so misunderstood and many are afraid of it and its ramifications. Let me explain briefly. Your spirit is energy of thought and consciousness. We live in changing times, as you can see all around you. People are strange and getting piercings, tattoos and weird hairstyles to define their individuality.
