Tax Day on Monday and Spring Break is over for many and it’s time to get back to the tasks at hand. For some, it’s school while for others it’s a professional commitment to accomplish before the summer comes and for the NBA and NHL, it’s playoff time. Baseball has gotten underway and the NFL draft is coming up. Income taxes are due on Monday and it takes longer to pay your taxes than any other payment you have to make. There are some who never pay taxes and I know one guy who has been off the grid for decades and although he’s pushing 50, he’s never amounted to much and will probably die impoverished and a failure, the down and depressed side of Capricorn. But today, the Moon is in Scorpio conjoining Jupiter and it’s a perfect illustration of some of the issues I will discuss today. A change is needed and the truth is exposed to blow the illusions away. This could be why a bunch of recently retired Generals have called for the ouster of Ronald McDumbsfeld. We are in trouble because of failed leadership and other than the very top, where we know about the incompetent president, you have to change the next tiers of leadership, as at the Pentagon. This could be called the general strike as the Generals strike. Six of them are lined up and firing at the Don and hitting their target with well-deserved potshots galore.

The Easter and Passover celebrations are reflective of nomadic times when whole populations would wander in the desert for forty years. Oy, I’ll bet it was recorded for history by an old Jew who complained and exaggerated all the time. I can just imagine, “Vey is meir! Moses needs to ask directions because it feels like we’ve been wandering around this desert for forty years.” Actually, forty is a Cabbalistic number since that is the age at which men are to begin their studies in Cabbala and Talmud. There are major mid-life crisis aspects that line up this time in everyone’s life, as well. It also happened to be the springtime of year that the Romans collected taxes, so it’s rather appropriate that we have them coincide this year. Actually, they collected them in March, at the end of winter, I suspect after the year-end clearance sales and holiday business. Oh wait; it didn’t get commercialized until the 1800’s, when they invented the whole Santa Claus thing. The Easter Bunny is just a symbol of fertility, didn’t you know, as they reproduce like rabbits and in Australia they are a real problem in the Outback. Be very quiet, we’re going rabbit hunting. Not the best Fudd? So crucify me. Oh yeah, that’s what this holiday is about. Let me address that.

The Gospel of Judas will reveal some interesting things about why Jesus was here and it’s mainly to teach about the life immortal and eternal. As human beings, we are limited by the laws of physics and yet, in spirit, we are able to defy gravity and other physical realities. Jesus was to teach us that we are spiritual energy and are capable of far more than we have concerned ourselves with and it is a troublesome thought to learn how his teachings has been hijacked for such evil purposes. The more you read about the true nature of the Anti-Christ, the more he sounds like Bush. Perhaps since he thinks he’s the new messiah, we should crucify him! But he’s using some tricks that make people wonder about him, although as a more or less incompetent president. He is the new prince of lies and must be held accountable.

We are being distracted from the real issues when they brought this fight up. Immigration is as old as the hills; just ask Moses and Jesus, as they roamed around the Middle East a lot during their respective lifetimes. I don’t need to remind you that until nearly 60 years ago, the people of Israel had no homeland and Jews from oppressive regimes were able to claim a national identity. It has taken the U.S. a long time to become the best country in which to become a citizen and now that we are and everyone wants to come here, the right wing insaniacs want to slam the door in their faces. Back then, however, there were no suicide bombers to kill a temple full of worshippers. Perhaps the reason immigration was the gauntlet thrown down was to make it a weapon of mass distraction. It’s a device to take your attention off the real story, which was the president leaking the name of a CIA agent and its cover operation that was the only Iranian nuclear intelligence we had. Cover blown…intel gone. And now, with our CIA non-proliferation experts outed, we have no easy way to know what’s going on there and they won’t stop their nuclear activity even when confronted by the toothless UN.

So now, Bush wants to nuke targets in Iran to stop their nuclear program, unaware that he would set off WWIII as the Russians and Chinese would see it as an attempt to take over the country like we are trying to do in Iraq and have failed to do. The Pentagon has sent in covert ops teams to recon and set the targets up for a tactical weapon to take out the target. Bush is in massive denial if he thinks this whole Mid-East policy is anything other than a mega failure and it may be that it doesn’t even matter if his goal is to empower a corporate takeover with private contractor armies. Rendering the US Army powerless would go a long way for a corporate coup and the eradication of the constitution would be complete.

The Sun enters Taurus on Wednesday night and it should be pleasant as the first aspect is Venus trine Jupiter, a party aspect if there ever was one. But the wake of Aries energy in its sheer blind stupidity is way too frightening to contemplate without a little reflection. Consider some of the events happening around the world as reflective of this Aries vibe and then consider that the Mars opposite Pluto was just finished on the Full Moon as Mars entered Cancer. Use your feelings Luke. Some of the countries around the world don’t allow peace protestors and Nepal is one having difficulty with the protests for democracy. The king is now willing to talk to the protestors about holding elections because the people don’t want royal rule. You know you’re in trouble when saying you want to change the government is a bad thing. Sometimes it’s the government who wants to change things that they would have a hard time controlling. In KY, Rep. Robin Webb – D, has introduced a bill to ban Internet killing of live animals with remote weapons. Where is the sport there? She’s a Virgo with Moon on the Pisces South Node and you know how those Virgos love animals and the Pisces makes her that much more compassionate. And speaking of Pisces, Bernadette Peters has come out strong for animals and rescuing dogs in particular.

Back to Taurus and it is a time of growing things and gardens, as I know, since I worked on mine this week. The weeds come out and you have to plant new weed seed and feed, as well as roses and other flowering plants. You don’t want to smoke your entire garden, as it would make your land look barren. There are many different kinds of gardeners, as some like to let their flowers grow a little wild, while others like them all neatly manicured. When you walk on my block, you can tell we’re the ones who don’t use a mow-and-blow gardener since we have no lawn, just trees, roses and lavender and other little bushes and things. Hey, I’m the one with the South Node in the 2nd and nothing in Taurus except my progressed Sun. We all need to reconnect with the Earth as it has become our lost legacy.

The Ten Commandments were handed down in the Exodus and one of the laws for living is Honor thy Mother and thy Father. This needs to be taken in the broadest possible way because a literal interpretation leads to parental domination and manipulation, as well as alienation. It is the Heavenly Father and the Mother Earth that were referred to and we have been hurting our Mother for a hundred and fifty or more years. Actually, whenever large civilizations emerge, a negative environmental impact is sure to follow, as we have seen on Easter Island. It just happens that I remember to bring that up on this weekend without planning to do so before now just serves to show the synchronistic nature of things. And the things that nature provided on Rapa Nui were used up by the unthinking native masses.

We can honor the Earth by planting trees and green plants that pump oxygen out into the atmosphere while gobbling up CO2. There are droughts in Africa that have been the result of deforestation in the Amazon as everything on the planet is connected in one big ecosystem. There are cycles in nature and weather patterns just as there are astrological cycles and it would be great of we could get them to match up with consistency. I am not too sure there are astrologers who specialize in meteorological analysis but I wouldn’t be surprised. There might also be a few studying earthquake and tsunami cycles to align with planetary influences. You know the term influenza came from the word ‘influence,’ meaning the planets were acknowledged as making an impact into the lives of the people. It was probably Roman from Greek origins, so it would make sense since they gave personalized impact to their planet gods. But it was also from the influence of other people and the partying that led to overindulgence and overexposure to infectious people.

Another quality about Taurus that’s good to know is that habits and food are under its domain, so that when you find yourself sinking into a rut of eating the same thing all the time, especially if it’s sweet or has meat, you’re slipping into a Taurus addiction. Because of this, they are subject to becoming overweight unless they maintain a high level of physical activity. One of the causes of obesity is lack of activity, while the other is the over-consumption of mostly bad and processed foods. While lack of activity in itself isn’t helpful to a healthy life, you can at least maintain a reasonable weight by merely not eating as much. On the other hand, when you eat too much and don’t move your ass, you’re asking for a bigger one to sit around on all day long. Burger, fries and a shake would be a typical lunch for a Taurus. When you compute all the calories and especially the ones from fat, you’ll see why this is a national problem that has evolved into epidemic proportions since the introduction of fast food in the fifties. Kids were already beginning to beef up in the post-war affluence but there was little emphasis on keeping kids on a consistent workout basis. So it doesn’t carry over into life and you have to impose that discipline on yourself at some point when you’re ready and then work out regularly.

Another thing about this earthy sign is that it rules money and with the way things are, it’s easy to lose your way when your finances change. Many people who lose income or careers stay lost for a while but then there are people who win the lottery and it ruins their lives. The biggest example is fictional, as with Hurley in Lost. But down in Florida, a couple won 13 million and it tore their family apart and caused legal battles and 16 years after winning, they face prison for fraud and tax evasion and are looking at up to 24 years in the joint. Winning a fortune can indeed change your life but if you don’t have a life worth living, it may not head in the direction you like. You need to have a purpose for the money because otherwise greed and other people’s need to feed off of you becomes a drain. One of the biggest rip-offs in American history is the fleecing of California by Enron and the former head, Skilling, blames the media and stock speculators for the energy giant’s collapse. Did he not hear how his employees were gleefully cheering the rising energy prices and the theft of money from little old ladies? Oy! He needs to see THE SMARTEST MEN IN THE ROOM.

It was after school in California back a few decades ago when a group of friends at a High School arranged to meet after their respective extra-curricular activities were concluded so they could get high. They might well have been surfers. The agreed upon time that everyone could make was 4:20 PM and it became a ritual, so that their code for their meet and smoke was 4:20, dude. So now, we have the approach of the one day when time and date will be the same…well, that happens a lot, but in this case, on 4-20 at 4:20 PM Light up for life and live. Consider it medicine for the soul and relief from the onslaught of negativity that the media has been instructed to release by order of executive decree. Consider how, too, in this day of no child left behind that there are fewer options for those who dropout and far more temptations for crime and prostitution. It was cool to smoke pot after all your schoolwork was done but to miss school because you are using drugs is just wrong on so many levels. It is an herb and a medicinal remedy for many ills, such as muscle spasms, ADD, insomnia, no appetite and nausea, among others.

Time magazine had a special report this week on the high dropout rate. There are far too many issues that contribute to this problem but the evidence suggests that this may be a relatively steady rate of scholastic absenteeism. HS dropouts may have a contributing cause in Jupiter opposite the Capricorn stellium in those born in 1989 but it isn’t exclusive to them. The 30% national rate and 50% among black and Latinos is higher than it should be in this day and age. What are the reasons? The answer might be drugs, poverty, ADD, boredom, or the education system not being flexible enough for individual human differences. Of the kids who drop out, half are unemployed while two thirds of prison inmates are dropouts, twice the national average, which makes sense. They are the social misfits from dysfunctional or abusive homes or with absentee parents or even runaway moms and dads. Some people aren’t really qualified to be parents, like Britney Spears. Was she not paying attention when her child fell out of the high chair and onto its head, fracturing the skull and causing a blood clot? Any idiot can get pregnant but not too many mothers know how to be good parents and raise their kids into healthy happy individuals.

There is a way to create a school kids would attend but you have to be able to provide instruction in some of the life skills necessary to move into them. You have to have several schools under one roof, so to speak, or even many roofs.
Action oriented fields and physical skills training, Engineering and Construction, Plane, Auto and Boat Repair, Sports and Military training would all require vigorous physical exertion and stamina with the ability to maintain a perfect mental focus through to the end of the job, as someone’s life may easily depend upon it.
Mentally challenging intellectually stimulating fields for the college bound, Math and Sciences including Medicine, History, Law and Government, Grammar and Literature, Psychology, Sociology.
Emotionally based nurturing fields like Health and Human Services, Food and Farming, Environmental and Ecological studies and other fields in which we take care of things or people.
Creative Arts, such as Music, Fine Art, Theater, Dance, Orchestra and Band can help the soul in its ultimate creative and spiritual development by merging with the divine to gain inspiration.

My mother used the parable of the ditch-digger, who used to be white, then black now Latino. She would tell me to study or that’s what I grow up to become. It eventually became clear to me that while I had a brain in my head I could use it more than my body, although I used some body parts a lot during my 20’s. But that was the mentality for those who grew up during the depression and in these days, I wonder what the new expression will become. Perhaps it’s the threat that your job will become outsourced if you aren’t creative, adaptable, hands-on, special or specialized. I have a lot of that, which is why I don’t need a job. I believe the American entrepreneur has a great potential if they aren’t sabotaged by corporate types who envy any of the little guys who want to take a share of the business away from them. It comes down to jealousy and greed among several others of the 7 deadly sins.

Arnold is getting into the Green spirit and becoming active on greenhouse gases. He needs some input from the Green Party, for whom we should consider as an alternative to either Democrat or Republican. But he won’t, since the Demo-craps and Republiscams have marginalized the other parties to the point where they have no power and little money. Bravely, the Gina Davis series, Commander in Chief is taking on that very issue. We have become so polarized that even when there is a consensus, we still see disunity, as in the GOP. Over in Arizona, Gov. Janet Napolitano should veto a bill passed by the Republicans in both state houses that criminalizes trespassing by immigrants. Jupiter in Scorpio is turning out to be obsessive with this whole alien initiative thing and it’s a deliberate attempt to divert the focus of the American people from the real crimes and now the information about them that has come out about the administration’s complicity and responsibility for outing a CIA agent, a treasonous and impeachable offence. It isn’t about classified information either. No one in government has the right to betray a CIA agent for political payback or any other reason.

Here’s why Jupiter in Scorpio is so involved in this case. Scorpio is the sign of secrets and spying is all about finding out about other people’s resources. What do they have that we don’t know about? Jupiter is the international traveler and expands or increases the knowledge and perspective through broadening experiences. We want to know more secrets and things that have been hidden or covered up and the truth shall come out. Sometimes, it’s still twisted truth and you have to unknot the lies and obfuscation that has obliterated the facts and evidence but still you drive to that essential core wherein you have to realize that the truth has been staring you in the face for a while and you are only just now putting it into focus. Jupiter can be the best of planets or the worst of them as too much of a good thing is often very bad. Jupiter is exalted in Cancer, so too much food and you end up a fat diabetic who has a shortened life expectancy and I’m not being cruel or emphatic, just honest and direct, like my Jupiter in Aries on the MC inclines me toward. International intrigue and investigation are one side of the equation. Another side is advances in medical research in University hospitals and clinics, where trials are conducted and the efficacy of a drug compound is tested on willing victims who may or may not qualify.

Another application of this planet’s effects are in the chart of Tom DeLay who must have kissed some major Bush ass because the disgraced and indicted soon-to-be former congressman has been offered the recently vacant position as head of OMB, the Office of Management and Budget. Why would you want someone who’s going on trial for money laundering and bribery? He has Moon/Jupiter in Scorpio and just had a birthday, but his solar return didn’t look too hot with an exact Mars opposite Pluto, so he’ll destroy things or people and then blame them for making him do it. He always has to attack the Democrats as if they made him do the bad things he’s done. Apparently, he’s unaware that he’s been videotaped saying some of the most vile stuff and still has a problem figuring out what to do and how and when to do it.

I knew that the Bird Flu was a trumped up hoax and that it wasn’t likely transferable from bird to human if you aren’t working directly with the infected birds. I knew it was hype to scare Americans with more fear and misinformation to keep them nervous and in need of higher prices and more costly security. Anyone wonder why gas prices are going up and up? Supply and demand are generally good reasons but then there are more insidious reasons that don’t get out too easily. It is a failure of leadership and guidance away from the addiction to oil, since we have an IV habit for all those SUV’s.

4-15 Leonardo Da Vinci, is very much in the news these days, as his code is a bestseller, even though he didn’t really write it. The great artist and inventor had a whole lot of stuff on his plate and from the activity in his third house, with Moon and Jupiter there in Pisces and Mars in Aquarius, it wouldn’t surprise me if he were alive today that he would be diagnosed with ADD. Mercury in Aries opposite Saturn in Libra is where he strove for patience and discipline, which often was imposed upon people of the time by the Church. Mars trine Saturn stabilized his energy to overcome the physical effects of running around all crazy and he was able to accomplish many things in his lifetime but he could have marketed some of his inventions better. The third, 8th and 10th houses are the only houses with multiple planets in them, making for greater emphasis on those sectors, such as writing, thinking and experimenting (Aquarius on the cusp). Or perhaps the memory of past incarnations, as with Uranus and Pluto there able to pick up past lifetimes.

The Pope, Dusty Springfield, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar also share this day but the biggest name is:
Charlie Chaplain was a genius in more ways than we can think. He was the first do-it-all filmmaker to make successful films and maintain a high level of artistry. It makes you wonder what Hitler could have done if he had pursued something in the arts, as he was born only four days after Chaplain. Moon on his Scorpio ASC and Pluto conjoined to Neptune in the 7th might give rise to many a sexual conquest and he would use the temptation to make them a star and actually could and even did, at times, but no one could upstage him. When he was 66, he married a 16-year old girl. Moon square Saturn made for The Little Tramp, as his major character rarely had what he needed but through his charm and ingenuity as well as persistence, he would win in the end. Mercury trine Saturn augurs great mental discipline and demanding communication that challenges people to fulfill their responsibilities and duties. Mercury opposite Uranus is the sudden switch in direction and then he’d hit someone with one question that would surprise them.

4-17 Jennifer Garner just had a baby and had to take some time off from her Alias gig. Jen has Moon in Gemini and her progressed Moon is now in Virgo, so there could have been some minor complications in the birthing process. Her minor Moon is right on her minor South Node, which is another reason there might be some problems. Progressed Venus and Mars in Cancer trine the minor Sun/Venus/ Mars in Scorpio and her minor Jupiter in Pisces trines the lot of them, showing her having a healthy and happy child at this point. With natal Moon square Pluto, I suppose she had justification or suspicions about a family history of infant death or moms dying in childbirth. Her Venus/Mars trine Uranus contributes to her agility, flexibility and super-human seeming energy. Her Mercury opposition to Pluto might have her examining her past lives with her child and husband at some point. Her progressed Sun will hit her natal Saturn in less than 4 years and she may want to take up directing. She’s turning 34 this week, so 4 years will put her in the major mid-life crisis aspects zone.

4-18 Eric McCormack – Will of Will and Grace, Melissa Joan Hart – the teenage witch, Sabrina, Stokowski the great conductor, and Clarence Darrow was the lawyer defending evolution in the Scopes Monkey Trial and the actor who portrayed him, Spencer Tracy, was also an Aries.
Miklos Rozsa was one of the greatest film music composers in the history of film. He’s won several Oscars for Spellbound, Ben-Hur and was nominated for some of his other scores and has conducted many of them on recordings himself. The great music that flowed from his pen was sourced in his Moon/Jupiter/Neptune stellium in Cancer, so many of the films were historical and even biblical ones brought out his greatest works. Mars/Uranus in Cap opposed that cluster and made for a bit of a rebel and experimenter. Mercury in Aries squares the Moon/Jupiter causing exaggeration and storytelling, even a poor memory and lying in lesser minds, but in a creative one, brings a sweeping grandeur and majesty to the music that you feel it wash over you. He had Venus/Saturn in Pisces square Pluto in Gemini, an indication that he must have lost many loved ones to the Nazis in WWII, although he was safely away in Hollywood by that time.

4-19 Suge Knight is the head of Death Row Records and was allegedly involved in the deaths of Tupac and Biggie Smalls in the 90’s, did some time and is still in trouble over some bullshit I don’t even know about. If you look at the charts, you should be able to tell. His Sun in Aries and Mars in Taurus are closely conjoined with his Moon also in Aries, so a man with little to no patience. Mercury in early Aries square Jupiter makes for an angry and lying man who is a big talker with lots of shit going on. The Sun is sextile Jupiter, so he’s an opportunist who has made lots of money off of other people’s efforts. Saturn in Pisces exactly conjunct Chiron shows the wounded or absentee father and the square to Jupiter shows the overcompensation to make up for his lack of support. He may have a lot of baby’s mommas out there. Venus in Pisces opposes Uranus and Pluto in Virgo causing separation and betrayal as well as death of people with whom he had relationships and can make it tough to be intimate. One of the most significant indicators of issues is the South Node conjunction of Neptune in Scorpio showing problems with sex, drugs and rock and roll, with addiction, escapism and imprisonment all included in the party plan.
Jayne Mansfield, Tim Curry, Kate Hudson, Dudley Moore are all actors born on this day, although two have met with tragic deaths.

4-20 Hitler, Justice John Paul Stevens, Ryan O’Neal, John Muir
George Takei played Commander Sulu on the original Star Trek series and just last year came out as a proud gay man who got married in a civil union as a protest against Arnold. He certainly has some of the classic gay aspects, such as Venus retrograde in Aries square the Jupiter/Pluto opposition, which can open up emotional opportunities for deep-penetrating sexual encounters. His Sun is close to Venus for a more relationship-oriented person but his Moon in Virgo squares Mars in Sag and it makes for an irritable complainer. It’s interesting that he was born just about a week before Saddam Hussein in the same year and as yet, has no aspirations of taking over the government of Iraq at this time. But then, I doubt his Arabic is very good. I doubt he even speaks Japanese because he was born in Los Angeles. There was a later movie with him as captain of his own ship. Mercury trine Neptune is good for the actor and poet and his Mercury trine Jupiter makes a good public speaker and often leads to humor or comedy. He has little in the way of Saturn in Pisces troubles as it trines his Pluto and sextiles Jupiter. But with Chiron on the South Node in Gemini squared by Neptune, there might be a little trouble with drugs or alcohol, although his speech and enunciation are so crisp, clear and concise that you would think he’s never out of control, so I’m not certain. His Sun/Uranus trine his Moon, makes for a generally friendly person who gets irritable because of the Moon square Mars.

4-21 Gary Condit was saved by 9-11 as the congressman whose pretty and young assistant, Chandra Levy disappeared and had been murdered but the news was pushed off the front page by the terrorist attacks. I even speculated at the time that Condit might have been involved with the hijackers. I recently did a reading for a woman who was born the same month and year and she hasn’t found her way in life to this point, either. I imagine Gary will have to find other ways of serving his community. His Moon/Neptune in Libra might indicate his deception and avoidance of the facts. Saturn/Pluto conjunct in Leo square his nodes so that the obsession for power and authority came at a steep price in terms of knocking him off the karmic path toward evolution. Jupiter opposite Uranus could be the media attention to the case that washed him out of office and how suddenly it shifted due to global events out of the blue sky. Mars square Chiron shows old wounds regarding sexual energy and also might indicate the attack. So…did he order it? I doubt it, as he doesn’t have strong anti-life desires and his head seems generally together with Mercury trine Mars and Jupiter as well as sextile to Uranus. Venus trine Neptune could also be compassionate and not want to kill anyone but it could also indicate the illusion under which he operated.

I had some energy work done yesterday by an Aquarian and went from restless tiredness to an energetic calm. We are, as spirits, pure energy trapped in the flesh vessel limited by time and space. We are able to move on toward the greatest part of the journey but have to learn our karmic lessons in human form. As the Moon is in Scorpio and this week celebrates the resurrection, I want to talk about reincarnation and the evolution of the soul. We have to die to continue to live in a vital and viable way. When you are old and you don’t exercise your mind or body enough, you contribute to your own demise. This is why being reborn in a new body is such an incredible process because you have a whole new set of experiences that will shape your next life and as you tune into who you really are from an early age, it becomes easier to be yourself. The journey of the soul is a long and arduous one and we make it easier or harder on ourselves by the decisions we make to be who and what we are. There are some fields that will never open up to you no matter what you do, while others stand waiting for you to remember that you have a talent or affinity for something staring you in the face. We are informed by the spiritual energy that inhabits our bodies and when you tune in to it, it can lead you to the right destiny. But how many people really listen? Not even everyone who has their chart read pays enough attention to the information revealed therein. At this time of early spring, you have to see yourself as a perennial flower that blooms every year if it gets enough water. For you humans, wisdom is the water of life. When you know the truth of who you are, you blossom in the most beautiful way. May God’s rains shower you with the wisdom of eternity and the illumination of spiritual enlightenment!

We’re coming up to the first full moon after the Equinox and you know what that means. This week is the alignment of holy holidays for two of the world’s great religions. Palm Sunday tomorrow, Passover Thursday and Good Friday followed by Easter next Sunday. My address to the Children of Abraham, who are Jews, Christians and Muslims, is that it’s time to give up your anger. I shall work to do the same. You need to let the past be history and to create a future of cooperative acceptance. Have we really crossed two millennia only to annihilate each other? This Aries/ Libra polarity seems the time to discuss the differences and the similarities to these practices of the worship of God. Right here, I want to say that we view that which is outside of us as separate because we fail to see our oneness with it. Aries is the self and the impulse to be whatever they want to be at that moment. The Libra is aware of others and the fact that your life influences others and vice versa. We are the creators of our own reality, which is in turn, affected by other people. There is no one living in a vacuum and we are meant to interact with others to discover our own self, so settle down and be aware that I don’t make you do anything. I am not forcing you to be anything or do other than what you would do. If you miss a shot, take responsibility and say you missed rather than blame the weather or someone distracting you.

The approaching Full Moon could be called the Libra Blame Game and with Mercury square Pluto near the culmination, there will be a lot of information that had been hidden and is coming out to destroy some previously held conceptions and ideas or even people. Let me offer an example. Scooter Libby has now revealed that the president himself told him to out Valerie Plame. This was all over the news on Thursday, when Jane and I went to hear Joe Wilson speak at CSUN. The Ambassador was gracious and told me her birthday, making her a Leo and he’s a Scorpio, which is more common than you might imagine. Think of it this way; the two signs rule life and death between them. And yet, Scorpio is the sign of espionage but he’s spent much of his adult life in the diplomatic corps and has done an impeccable job, only to have his reputation besmirched and his wife’s career ruined. Yet, if the Bushies thought they would ruin him, I would guess that he is one of the greatest torchbearers for the Democratic Party and his fame has spread far and wide with his expose of the Bush lies about the Niger yellow cake. He could have looked into the German Chocolate cake, but he doesn’t have much to do with Europe. I used to like yellow cake as long as the frosting was tasty until I found out I had allergies to wheat. I said wheat, not weed. Indeed, that’s all I’d need.

On the other side of the zodiac, actually where we are these days…Aries energy can be arrogant with a lack of consideration, capable of road rage as they use their cell phones in crowded restaurants and get pissed at you for asking them to be aware of the effect they create. We are a nation of Type A personalities and carry anger, fear, resentment, insecurity and dysfunctionality everywhere we go. We don’t know how to live with each other or the land in perfect harmony because we don’t know that we are spirits and Earth is a living being, if a bit larger than you and I. If you are so caught up in the rat race that your life has become, it’s because you let it get out of hand and don’t know how to manage it instead of letting it mangle you. Learn how to juggle instead of freaking out about having too many things going on.

First you have to know what’s hitting you and then you can fight against it.

Meanwhile, down in Cancun, Bush met with Vincente Fox and Stephen Harper and Friday this week is Pan American Day on Good Friday. They didn’t really want to climb the pyramid so just walked up a few steps for a pure photo op. These are not real nice men, as Fox has Moon on the South Node square Venus in Gemini, which is close to Harper’s Venus only one and a half degrees away. They like the same things and play the same games with their people. Harper has Venus square Pluto, a hallmark of corruption, which is ironic, since that’s what his predecessor had problems with, as well. Venus opposite Jupiter in Sag may have him attract people who tell him the truth but being the last degree of Aries, I wonder if he cares….hmm. Interesting that Harper’s Moon is right on Fox’s Neptune, so you could say they have an understanding.

Organs are growing for patient use and bladders are the first success story because science has gotten close to making things better. With stem cell research still lagging behind in many parts of the country, due to the Bush-DeLay delays, we will have to appreciate what progress we can when there are major breakthroughs. Bladders aren’t exactly the organ in greatest demand but I suppose they don’t want to get swamped by growing a new heart or lung, as those might be the most frequently abused. On the other end of the torso, I wonder if they could grow new sex organs for those who were born with too small or too large of a penis or maybe one that is deformed? Certainly some women would rather have new-grown organs than have plastic surgery or transplants. Maybe they could come up with better material to place in the boobs for implants. Why can’t they suck the fat from your ass and put it in your boobs?

GM is selling off their financial unit, the only profitable division in the corporation, as their business has suffered due to health care costs, retirement benefits, and supply chain mismanagement. I really see their biggest mistake as losing out on the hybrid demand with the increase in oil and gas prices and their stubborn insistence to build bigger, more gas-guzzling cars, trucks and SUVs. It was back in the early 80’s when I met a Capricorn entrepreneur named Jim Maya, not the Captain of a whale boat, and he invented an attachment to your carburetor that increased your gas mileage by 50-100%, depending upon how you drive. I haven’t heard from him or it since then and I think the auto gang of three had him eliminated and the device and its plans destroyed. Espionage isn’t just political, as it has a long history in the industrial sector and China is especially adept at it these days. They send their hand picked engineering students and such over here to get training and get inside American corporations and then they send the schematics for new technology through an email or such. This could be part of a plot of a movie I may write, but it’s something that isn’t integral to the plot so I don’t mind giving it away.

Tom DeLay has gone away…hooray for this day! He recognized that wining is impossible in November, so he waited until after the primary so they could hand pick the candidate instead of going through the primary system. He’s so deeply in denial that he blames the Democrats for everything bad and believes the Republicans are doing everything good. Since I’ve already looked at his chart and it’s posted on my Political Dart Board, I’ll focus on his Solar Return since today is his birthday. Many Happy Returns…to Sugar Land, since you’ll be spending more time with your family. When people realize he’s as poisonous as the chemicals he used as an exterminator, they’ll steer clear of him. He’s going on a crusade to bring more Christianity insanity to the federal government despite the fact that we have a tradition of separation of church and state. But what’s law to that Aries with Moon in Scorpio conjunct Jupiter. He only used the law to gain power for his party and pleasure for himself. The Northern Marianas Islands are also known as a Mecca for sex tourism. Perhaps I shouldn’t use that name and refer to it as a haven or paradise. He lives just behind an elementary school yard. I guess they’ll have to improve screening of their own employees at the DHS, as it isn’t the first time they’ve dropped the ball. Similar problems in hiring security people with criminal records are happening with the Army, of all places. Doyle’s certainly not the only GOP perv that’s been busted while Bush has been in office. There have been a few and Randi Rhodes has them on her web site. Who was Jeff Gannon sexually servicing in the White House? Could it be Karl Rove, perhaps? He seems the most likely candidate for that sort of thing.

Moussaoui should be executed soon enough after he revealed his part in the 9-11 attacks. And Khalid Shaikh Mohammed said Osama almost blew the surprise attacks by talking too much about the plans and being meddlesome and intrusive. Back in Baghdad, Saddam is charged with genocide for killing 100,000 Kurds back in 1988 with the weapons we sold him to kill Iranians with, so perhaps Rumsfeld should take the blame for that, as well. Ronald McDumbsfeld is the poster boy for the foolish incompetence in the workings of the war machine, as he just can’t cut it. He was never in combat and doesn’t know the first thing about command except that he likes to do it. You know, Rummy, Bush, Vincente Fox and those Cancer leaders like to play all tough and take charge because their opposite sign, Capricorn is doing things the hard way and digging the trenches and fighting in them. Cancers like to feel safe and secure, home in their mommy’s arms. The leaders of the terrorists are willing to die for their cause but the men in charge of the US military never saw any live combat in their lives. Jupiter is exalted in Cancer and the US has its Jupiter there along with the Sun and Venus, but it might be a reason that this certain type of Cancer man is overcompensating for the insecurity they must have felt as children. Many who seek to harm the world and make other people pay for their own sins are guilty of that and not having any real love for themselves or others.

Then you have her Moon/Jupiter in Aries trine her Sun and the best thing I can say is that she’s certainly full of herself. The arrogance and narcissism in this combination can be overwhelming. His Virgo Moon makes him humble and while he has Leo ASC, his Sun in the 7th makes him deferential and conciliatory but in loud and obnoxious ways. Their composite Mercury exactly conjoins Neptune near the South Node so it’s a past life karmic thing and they are still doing the same drug addiction shit they’ve done before. A mind or a talent is a terrible thing when you’re wasted. We have a major problem with addiction of various sorts in this country. But that’s not a new phenomenon since there have been alcoholics for many centuries…just ask the Irish.

Ireland gays get civil unions with all the rights and benefits and headaches of marriage without the church’s sanction. Finally they have acknowledged a fact of life; that not everyone can fit into the narrow view of convention that conservatives want to maintain. It’s a grand thing for them to do there and maybe it will spread around the world, since the Irish are the ones who saved Western Civilization, as they were never conquered by the Romans. They were able to have a continuous narrative without the destruction of their ways. Irish roots run deep as the bogs upon which it was formed from the frostiness of the Ice Age coverage. Another reason it’s got a different feel to it is the absence of Roman roads and buildings. Being an island nation of limited expansion potential should have made them great sailors and explorers like the Vikings but forests don’t cover the island and boat building didn’t become a major craft, apparently. You can only build with materials you have and peat makes lousy boat building material. Potatoes are also not the best material with which to build, either. When the famine hit them in the 1800’s, many emigrated here, straining the ability of Ellis Island to process them all. They were a crowd whenever just one family was together. And now, with more freedom than ever and a female president, Ireland has made great strides and advances from a pawn of the British Empire to its own quaint little republic. Maybe one day they can even have a unified government if they ever get over that whole Catholic-Christian continual conflict. Both sides use people as chessmen in a strategic game of gotcha and worse.

From the news of the world to the world of news, let’s see who and what is so worthy of airtime. Why is Katie Couric moving into nightly news when she’s never even filled in? After fifteen years on one show, did she ever even set foot in the actual newsroom? I’m just wondering if she’s going to get lost over at CBS, since it’s a whole different world, as she can find out from Dave Letterman, who I will profile later.

4-8 Tom DeLay, as mentioned above, is on the PDB, so let’s look at his solar return. Before we do that, I want to mention that this Solar Eclipse was exactly opposite his Neptune, within half a degree and this Full Moon on Thursday is opposite his Sun. Saturn is returning and is in between his Saturn/Pluto, square Chiron and the Mars-Pluto opposition are squaring his natal Mars. In the Solar Return, the Moon is in Leo opposite Neptune and they square Jupiter, for the massive deception, fraud and dirty play he was engaged in, despite professed ignorance of his own guilt or complicity in any crime. The Solar ASC is Libra with the South Node nearby in the 12th house indicating a loss of faith and trust and refusal to accept any responsibility or show any remorse for his crimes. Mars opposite Pluto is the most significant aspect in this chart since he is an Aries with Moon in Scorpio, Pluto’s sign. His desire is for domination and massive power to make whatever laws favor his friends in the GOP. It reveals the destructive power of this combination and the implosion that will soon become an explosion of blame for all the ills of society on the Democrats. Natally he has three planets in Pisces, Mercury, Venus and Mars and his Solar also has three, Mercury, Venus and Uranus, with no conjunctions between them. Mercury square the Mars/Pluto opposition will have him seethe with obsessive anger, vaulting him into tirades of hate-filled rhetoric and becoming more evangelical in his holy quest to rid the planet of democracy, women’s choice, equal opportunities, fair wages, fair elections, the right to die with dignity and so many other rights and liberties as he and his righties bring on a hypocritical theocracy.

Jupiter in Virgo would have been military service but the planet is trine the Taurus stellium, so he has a natural sense of fun and humor and even wisdom. Moon trine Saturn in Virgo is a sense of stability and permanence. Venus retrograde is trine Jupiter and sextile Uranus in Pisces as well as Pluto in Cancer, so his misfortune as a baseball player became his fortune as an actor. He’s still raking in residuals for The Rifleman as it plays on the Western Channel. Only problem is one of addiction and deception, even victimization with Neptune square Venus and Mars. It’s also prone to bisexuality or homosexuality, which heaven knows is a sin. Maybe he went to Brokeback Mountain with a dude and rode off into the pink sunset.

Stephen Seagal was also done last year. Is there anyone else born this day who needs examination? John Madden? Nah, too obnoxious. Don Meredith? Too glib.
Haley Joel Osment…boy, it’s been five years since AI and he’s 17 now, but he’s been doing voiceovers for films. I think he’ll get stronger and perhaps show an aptitude for action roles where he can show his skills and acting talent, as long as it isn’t wasted on a crappy script. Oh yeah, what am I thinking? Moon/Mars in Aquarius trine Venus in Gemini indicates this versatility and agility as well as the intellectuality that comes out in his penetrating characters. Aries actors can be awesome, as Brando, Crowe, Peck and Crawford and Bette Davis on the female side attest. He was also examined last year, so I’ll refrain from further analysis.

4-11 Oleg Cassini was Jackie Kennedy’s official designer, her Leo royalty matched by his directness and simple lines and the boldness of them, while his Moon in Gemini gave the accessories such as matching bags and hats a unity they hadn’t quite had before. Statement designs, I guess you could say, with a high degree of functionality. Venus retrograde in Taurus square Uranus in Aquarius and Moon in Gemini square Mars in Pisces and I want you to hear that with the lisp intended to surmise that these are gay aspects, but the Moon-Mars thing makes him an irritable bitch when pissed, although it’s a passive-aggressive anger. Mercury in Pisces square Pluto in Gemini makes me daydream about how many times he’s changed his mind and the design right before production, sabotaging the line and the deadline and blowing the budget. But maybe it was a slight alteration that saved everything. This is the kind of volatility you have to expect with this type of personality. Venus trine Jupiter and Mercury in Pisces trine Neptune in Cancer are the aspects that save the chart and bring the visionary artist into play. To be successful, you have to have challenging aspects that make you grow and easy ones that allow the energy to flow. The Sun square Neptune and Jupiter could be addiction to or overindulgence of drugs and other mind-enhancing substances.

The aspects of the planets except the Moon, in all likelihood, are all the same for both of them, but manifest differently because of different house positions. Mercury and Venus are in Pisces, which gives a lot of talent and insight into people, as well as a creative imagination and an understanding vision. But Venus square Uranus causes intimacy issues and staying in a committed relationship isn’t all that easy. Jupiter is close to the Sag South Node, a sure sign he’s been funny in many lifetimes and has traveled far and wide.

With the Sun in the Sag decan and the Moon in Sag, law, education and travel were his constant callings, but so was extravagance and living beyond his means. He had too many interests and talents to go into and any good bio will inform you so I will stick to the chart. Venus on the Taurus North Node and Pluto on the Scorpio South Node would make for some heavy financial karma, too be sure, always borrowing and owing. This is the deepest-rooted issue because the ruling planet of each sign is on the respective node. Mars square the polarity means his impulses and temper or lack of follow through may have been a difficult detriment. Mercury in Pisces sextile Uranus is the genius and intellectual brilliance with the touch of the poet and the Capricorn Uranus conjoined his zero degree Aquarius ASC, giving a tall appearance and a bit of a know-it-all attitude. Moon square Jupiter made for exaggeration of emotional reactions and the need to makeover his home many times, always bigger and better. The engineering skills necessary for the task would have been so beyond so many people of the time in this country. Sun trine both Mars and Saturn in Leo was a major contributing factor to his authority and assertiveness in expressing his views. His friend, Aaron Burr, was the man to have killed TJ’s archrival and supreme political foe, Alexander Hamilton, a Capricorn Federalist. TJ’s party was actually called the Democratic-Republican Party until the first Republican came along but that was a very different party under Abe Lincoln than it is now. We were fighting to maintain a republic at that point anyway, while under TJ, we were expanding a new government and it was getting bigger all the time. His secret problem is the Saturn inconjunct to Uranus, a severe lack of patience and committed long-term focus. Aries do have short attention spans and with Sun square Uranus, you would have to expect the unexpected with the man, anyway.

4-14 Pete Rose is the Major League leader in hits but hasn’t been allowed in the Hall of Fame because of gambling, especially betting on baseball while he was managing the Reds. Oh the shame of it all and to think he would have been a shoe-in for first ballot election into the Hall. A double Aries with Moon in Sag, no wonder he played the game balls to the wall every day, every play. He was accused of playing dirty, like Ty Cobb, but it was an Aries arrogant I’m-going-to-do-what-I’m-going-to-do-and-don’t-you-get-in-my-way mentality. Mars in Aquarius opposite Pluto is passionate intensity that leads to obsession and adding in the compulsion of Moon in Sag and its trines to Pluto and Mercury in Aries on the South Node, a repeating pattern from the past that gets stuck in a rut. As for a medical diagnosis, Neptune in the 6th house is always hard to determine a cause of illness but when you examine Chiron and Hygeia, bodies that deal with health issues, they are in a square from Aries, where Hygeia is on the Sun/Venus to Cancer, where Chiron is near Pluto in Leo. This could be a brain tumor or blood clot, so something will get stuck in his head and it will explode. Pluto rules the 8th and eruptions are part of that energy. Just imagine volcanoes spewing lava, rock and ash hundreds, even thousands of feet in the air. Mars opposite Pluto could be an attack or because of the Aquarius, an accident. Who wants to live until you are waiting to die?

Ultimately, the Libra Full Moon is about the balance between what we share emotionally with others and what we as individual spiritual life forces have in common and why we are different. We need to share those intimate and nurturing times to feel loved and appreciated but we have to be who and what we are as a creative vitality born for greatness. One of the things about the people listed above, despite your personal feelings for them, is that they were great at what they did. Even the criminal DeLay was the Hammer for the purpose of driving a Republican, Christian Conservative agenda and a wedge between the people of America and demonizing others while being the devil himself…but he was good at it. In this holy time of year, the Jews appreciate not being slaves in Egypt, which is actually a lot of hype and has been exaggerated and dramatized and false impressions are perpetrated by Hollywood for dramatic effect. The same has to be said for the crucifixion and the resurrection, as they have more myth than truth in them. All of the world’s religions of at least a thousand years have been corrupted over time, with narrow interpretations of laws prohibiting the very thing that was formerly their inspiration. The master would be rejected from the flock these days and yet, for over a thousand years, Judas was vilified as the betrayer of Jesus…until now. The truth is more fluid than you can imagine and if you have rigid ideas of how life is, you might be disappointed. It turns out that he was asked to betray the master by Jesus himself, an interesting revelation for this time of year. Consider that Jesus and Judas were both Pisces and understand that there was a divine purpose beyond what most people can comprehend. Perhaps Scooter is the new Judas. The power of the spirit to transcend the physical is the primary reason for these Christian holidays, no matter what the symbols indicate. Pagans attached the eggs and bunnies, fertility symbols, for the Vernal Equinox celebration they were losing to Easter. Common to all of us in the Northern Hemisphere, the cold is mostly over and the warmth of the spring is here, so renewal of life is the main overall theme for this time of year and may your life be renewed always…or at least until next week, when I return for the last Aries edition of the show. It’s April Fool’s Day and I won’t give anything away but it is time to turn ahead your clock as tomorrow is Daylight Savings Time and you lose an hour of sleep. I’ll also be paying tribute to the biggest fool of them all and suggesting how we can turn around from the brink of global suicide.

The God of War is in its detriment in Libra, the sign of peace, harmony and partnership. You can’t command peace or fight it, either, so Mars is rendered impotent in Libra, in relative terms. Energy has to be supplemented by the influence of other people’s input and activities, which can be joined and fed off of.

In Cancer, Mars is in its fall, wallowing at home, curled up on the couch watching daytime soaps and talk shows with Oprah and Ellen as your goddesses of Hope and Martha your taskmistress of torture that you aren’t nearly as good as she is. However, whether you’re a male or not, your Martian energy can be defensive and protective, as you find work guarding, securing, even caring for people or things of a mechanical nature, even. Venus sextile Pluto today is symbolic of where the money went. Pluto deals with the big corporate money and is often depicted in collective enterprises like investments and banks or insurance companies. When one investor in the project wins, everyone wins, since it’s all about how many pieces of the pie you buy. Sextiles are opportunities that are usually best played by working together with others, which makes it interactive and cooperative, even mutually advantageous.

These students walkout and protest and the Senate votes on a resolution to fix things that we’ll never see. The stalling tactics used by the administration and congress are astounding but are very noticeable and should not be tolerated. They have to recognize the importance of immigrants impacting the economy of our country, as we are a nation built from immigrants. The only people who aren’t immigrants are the original inhabitants and the slaves who were brought here as an item for auction, since property doesn’t equal a full human life, according to the values of the time. It seems the South shall rise again into the most stupid segment of our country but then you forget we have Kansas, where they have a religious group that goes around to military funerals with signs that read God hates fags, like that has any real relevance in most cases. They need some more natural disasters aimed at the stupidest among them. If God could hate anyone, he would hate Kansas for making others believe that God hates anyone.

Then Georgia votes to fund bible courses in public schools however, there are some merits to studying it as literature, as they wish. That will have to be struck down by the Supreme Court as a direct violation of the separation of church and state. We also need to have separation of corporation and state. Jupiter square Neptune is about the immigration problem as Jupiter in Scorpio represents foreigners seeking other country’s resources and the Neptune square might be prisons and victimization. It’s the French ‘haves vs. have-nots’ all over again and there will be blood in the streets tonight, as the rioting goes from demonstration to orgiastic mayhem. Or will they build up to it by the Full Moon? We’ll see if it’s time for a real solution or a Revolution.

Black and white might seem to be the basis for racial conflicts but it’s so much more complex than that now. There’s ethnic fighting all over the place and if you think it has been happening only recently, then you don’t know history. Hispanics and Blacks have had many gang wars between them as have Island cultures of the Caribbean and other countries, notably El Salvador, where they can be particularly cold and brutal in their acts of violence. This is Aries shit, okay? So deal with it or you’ll get messed up pretty bad. Flipping out and radically altering the landscape is a dangerous move in many ways and sometimes you have to keep the murder up to avoid dealing with the consequences sooner rather than later or never.

That Afghani Christian convert was able to get asylum in Italy thanks to the Pope and Hamid Karzai as well as the UN. It seems our effort to bring freedom of religion and democracy to Afghanistan is working about as well as it is in Iraq. We have really done the region a disservice by taking the troops out of Afghanistan because if we had cut off the head of the beast, Osama bin Laden, then there would be fewer followers of a fanatical freak from a family of sheiks. It’s sick and sad for the freed Afghanis to wish death on someone because he isn’t of the same faith. Part of our philosophy that we spread is that freedom of religion is part of the deal and when you go against a foe that doesn’t get that, it’s hard to turn them around.

Olmert’s Kadima Party will govern in the shadow of Sharon and are trying to form a coalition quickly because they have a big mess there, although nowhere near as big as Iraq and Iran but then, we created that pile of rubble in Iraq instead of leaving bad enough alone. Instead, we come in and make matters worse in so many ways, but I’ve expressed my thoughts on that many times before. Olmert is a nice Libra man who will cooperate with others and bring peace or some semblance of it to Israel.

The Many Lies of GWB – Oh, let’s see. Where do we begin?
Iraq is so loaded with lies from before the war because of everything that was falsely presented to the American people about the reasons and justifications for the war. It begets a long list of crimes including theft and fraud, murder, rape and don’t forget Abu Grhaib and Guantanamo Bay, which brings us to the next point.
Torture of innocent and not so innocent people is just not right on so many levels that I can’t even begin to imagine where to start. You won’t get accurate intel because they will say anything to end the pain, so it doesn’t work. Especially when people are the subject of illegal detentions and were rounded up just because they were Afghan Males or perceived as enemy combatants, whether or not they even had any weapons or ties to Taliban or Al Quada.

Constitutional violations have been rampant amidst the paranoia and propaganda surrounding the alleged war in Iraq, the Patriot Act, wire-tapping, covert e-mail reading and other forms of surveillance. The free speech areas on parade routes are so far from the action that they might as well not even exist. Police and Federal Agencies have conspired to prevent the public from gaining any access to the president and his motorcade because Bush likes to be kept in the dark about what’s really going on out there. If he doesn’t know what the people really think, he can use his political capital and deploy a political abuse of power. This is why he keeps Karl Rove around even though he’s under indictment. What is happening with that case anyway?

Bird flu pandemic is not going to happen because it’s a fear tactic used by the fear-mongers to scare you into your homes and make you quake with trepidation. These threats always sound scarier when they are in the developing stage and no one can see where it is really heading. What happened to the killer bees? Not too many deaths have been reported since they were announced as having invaded us back in the 70’s. I doubt that many Americans live with birds that could become infected or that the virus could be airborne but they like to throw out those fears and see who panics.

You tax dollars at work… I remember seeing that on the sides of roads when they were building or repairing the highways, as they were taking care of infrastructure. However, this administration has used taxpayer-funded propaganda to get his evil message out in order to program people to vote against their personal and economic interests. Every argument Bush puts up, can be shot down with logic and rational sessions since everything he says is a lie and especially when he smirks.

Suppression of information has been rampantly used, since you don’t find out the worst of things until they are almost buried but here’s one story you might recall. Remember when the White House assured New Yorkers that it was safe to go back to work near the World Trade Center? It turns out they were operating with no ethics and lied because many people became sick from asbestos poisoning in the aftermath of 9-11. Also, six air traffic controllers had made audiotapes describing the events as they heard them from two of the planes as they listened in on the chatter. A supervisor, a quality assurance manager, then destroyed the tape, crushing it in his hand and cutting the tape into little pieces. This is a deliberate effort to hide what really happened, as if the stupor-visor was involved in the plot to destroy America.

Interference with investigations has also been a significant problem as investigators are frequently stonewalled or told those documents are classified. In fact, the Bushies have gone into the National Archives and have reclassified documents that could expose Bush the elder during his Nixon and Reagan years. His covert actions would lead to the American people wanting him dead, he even admitted as much regarding his involvement in Irangate. For some reason, Republicans are good at stonewalling an investigation.

Katrina has to be the greatest American disaster made worse by the weakened levees, which could have saved the city from being flooded. After six months or more of blaming and haranguing, there’s still no significant work done, and many residents who have left can’t vote in the local elections because of their displacement. It’s like Atlantis sank and the survivors went to different land masses around the world to settle there until their island rose again but that did not happen there and it may not happen here, depending on what happens in the next election. There are so many problems Bush wants to leave for future presidents, including the war and the debt as well as the rebuilding of New Orleans.

Destruction of the environment in favor of industry, roads in wilderness areas and so many EPA regulations relaxed that big business has gotten away without paying millions, if not billions of dollars in fines. Ultimately, they have gotten away with murder of 6 billion people, since they will be responsible for the death of the entire population of the world. The politicians and corporate powerbrokers are behind the delay in switching to alternative fuels and if I had money, I’d invest in ethanol. Of course, right now I can barely afford enough to fill up my tank, but I would look into retrofitting my car for ethanol.

Jack Abramoff has been sentenced to 5 years and 10 months but wait…there’s more. He’s going to help bring down the most corrupt members of congress and he better do it before the mid-term elections in November so that those who are re-elected, deserve to be re-elected. He is the poster boy for what has become horribly wrong in the Party of Lincoln. GOP has gone from Grand Old Party to Greedy Old Pigs all the way to Grab Omnipotent Power by fixing elections and funneling money illegally into campaigns. He is only the foreskin of the big prick that is the corrupt, crony connections congress and corporations comprise. Now that he’s been clipped from the system of shakedowns that fed the culture of corruption with capital, it’s time to see what’s shaking out of that branch of the governmental tree.

Scooter Libby is awaiting trial and it will take some time for that one to play out, unfortunately, as stalling is a favorite tactic of the architect, Karl Rove, who also needs to be indicted on the same case and many others. And Tom DeLay is also in need of more than a slap on the wrist for his role in all of this and maybe that’s what Jack Talk will be about first. That’s right, people, it’s time for the real Jack Talk to begin, not the gay one on Will and Grace, but the Washington version. He can certainly bring the house down and I mean that in more ways than one. Being Jewish, I sure he has his humorous moments but being Republican is a whole different kind of Jew, who laughs at the misfortune of others instead of his own.

General corruption is all around this administration and it can be seen in the rats jumping off the ship.

In our country, it’s become more necessary for us to care for elderly family members, although those who can afford it tend to go with assisted living scenarios. This is also due to the decrease in family size and the economy has made the viability of large families questionable, since it’s so hard to afford college at a good school these days. But it’s also hard to find good help these days especially with elder care, which is an increasingly needed job position that fewer Americans care to do and Asians are increasingly imported for that purpose. It’s not Americans losing jobs to overseas manufacturing plants but Americans not taking care of health issues such as their own or other people’s. We have been importing nurses from the Philippines for a long time and from other countries as well. I had a nice English nurse last time I was in the hospital. Instead of people getting healthier, they are taking drugs and getting sicker and deader faster, especially when that drug is cheap, easy to make and readily available. It’s the fast track to death and it’s called crystal meth. Meth death is accelerated living and dying, so that you drain your life-giving fluids, destroy your teeth and dry up your skin. At this rate we are going to decrease the number of people living into old age significantly as they fry themselves on the fast track to their next life without gaining any insights into what their karma is all about. It’s a frightening and disturbing trend but one that reflects the desire not to experience the reality that has been created in the present time.

There is also a trend with people that as they become wealthier, they tend to have fewer children. It’s tied to the opposite trend when in times of poverty, you have more kids so they can help with the income and support the homestead when daddy is away or needs help. This is why Third World countries are so over-populated and there is massive exploitation of the young and innocent in many of those places. Human life is cheap and those who would peddle in it are able to tap into the right avenues to make a bundle while screwing the young victims with their greed and lust. If we could get ZPG in the 3rd World and advance the birth rate in the first world, we could create a greater ethnic balance. Therefore, all intelligent light haired people need to have their eggs and sperm frozen. I will not birth frozen eggs and sperm. Not with a perm, not with a sherm, not on a boat, not in a float. I will not freeze my eggs and sperm, I worry about them getting freezer burn. There is an actress to whom I could turn and donate some to Laura Dern. But saving the race might be the case, so I could do an about face. I will indeed do what I need, so we will freeze our eggs and sperm. It’s for the future, not the present term. The immigration debate is cover for the failure of the policies of this administration and is designed to take the heat off of their failed Iraq war and all their legal problems and focus it on the battle that can’t be won by anyone. People from different parts of the country have different perceptions and reasons for them, whether economic, ethnic or environmental. To take the last first, the impact on the terrain of excessive population influx is measured in water use and non-recyclable garbage created, among other factors. With diminishing glaciers and reduced snow pack, the water supply will be lessened and it’s difficult to control the overuse by those who would even alter the water’s course for their own selfish interests. A case in point is the long-running battle of diverting the Owens River into the LA Aqueduct that has made Owens Lake into a dry lakebed. This is a battle that goes back to the 20’s and 30’s. Forget it Jake, it’s Chinatown.

You might remember that picture of Caspar’s good buddy, Rummy, shaking hands with Saddam, all smiles. The COD was pneumonia so we look for Mercury, 3rd house and Gemini issues in the chart. Sure enough, Chiron is in Pisces in the 3rd, making alcohol an addiction and offering the fluid in the lungs as a chronic thing, as well. The Moon in Virgo square Jupiter in Gemini in the 6th also gives a hint but transit Pluto square his Mercury and Venus might have been the veritable nail in the proverbial coffin. Another contributing cause may have been the progressed Sun square Uranus or perhaps the minor Mercury opposite Saturn for lungs to shut down. Finally, Venus, ruler of the 6th, entered that house and opposed progressed Mercury in the last degree of Scorpio. Josh Bolten, who is born exactly twelve days after AG, replaces Card, so another hard line Neo Con enters the fray. He has Moon, Jupiter and Venus conjoining in Leo all squaring Saturn, so he can’t love and would never be honest about it or anything else. His Sun closely conjoins Mars and is 3 degrees from Pluto. His desire for global destruction and domination is frightful, as he has no care or compassion regarding humans or the planet. This is the ultimate reptilian typical of the Neo Cons. It would be the sesquiquadrate to her Venus from Pluto that would influence elections illegally and get money from less than proper sources. Her North Node is Scorpio and both Chiron and Pluto are square the nodes. I would have to assess that she has a lot of dark secrets.

Some have said, even those who agree with me, that I’m angry and it’s true because I’ve never seen the erosion of our rights, liberties, health care, education, economy, environment and our military happen so quickly as it has in the last five years. Anyone who has been paying attention would be angry, so I give vent to those feelings for you. It’s not in anyone’s nature to be angry all the time unless they are in a situation that enforces that mood upon them. If my step-father kills my mother and then tries to be my friend, that would create enough anger to lead to murder for revenge. That’s not the kind of anger I have ever felt. Anger is an instinctive response that operates at the primal level or the root chakra. It is the fight or flight mechanism innate in our ancestral soul that rushes the adrenaline into our veins when threatened. When we as a people are threatened, we need to define how and what we can do about it. All politics is local because you have to have people know you and if you go door to door in your own backyard, you build up a base of core supporters to get you going because of common collective issues. I’m very happy with my local representatives but as we become more federalized, controlled and limited, I want to stand up and fight for the first amendment. It’s worth fighting for, so it’s worth being angry about. Constructive anger that is justified fires you up to do the right thing to correct the problem. It should make you mad that your water might be polluted by TCE and the Bush administration lets any regulations slide with no one taking responsibility or shedding light as to what’s going on. Hey, another Marvin Gaye song title. We do need to find out what’s happening and what’s going on when the eyes of John Q are asleep and the cameras have stopped rolling.
